Jackie has run a tremendously successful catering company for more than 20 years, serving up delicious foodie delights to the who’s who of London and the Home Counties. Tremendously talented and always fun to be around, we are delighted to welcome her to Ripley Court School.

The course

September 10th 2024, 7pm - 9.30pm

Ever wanted to treat your guests to professional-quality canapés but not known where to start? Fancied a night out with friends enjoying fizz, cocktails and mouthwatering nibbles?  If so then this is the course for you! Join in and learn how to make (and eat) a wonderful selection of canapés along with a few simple cocktails - with no cookery skills required.

Combining demonstrations, cookery, tasting and assembly, Jackie will share her ‘tips of the trade’ with the class, all the while keeping her audience entertained and their glasses topped up.

The disclaimer

Aprons will be provided but clothing may still be splashed so please dress appropriately and make sure to wear close-toed shoes. We regret that, due to limited space, we can not cater for allergies or specific diets on this course.

Occasionally a course might need to be cancelled or rescheduled. We will send an email to advise you of the cancellation and, if possible provide a new date for the course. We will endeavour to give at least 7 working days notice prior to the course start date.

Should you need to cancel your booking, please provide at least 7 working days prior to the course start date. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in your being charged the full course fee.
